- 20 March 2003: Transformed into Ha Lang Railway Management Company under the Decision No.734/2003/QD-GTVT issued by Ministry of Transport;
- 29 June 2010: Transformed into Ha Lang Railway Management Company Limited with a charter capital of VND16.5 billion under the Decision No.708/QD-DS issued by Vietnam Railways Corporation;
- 30 October 2015: Ministry of Transport issued the Decision No.3902/QD-BGTVT on approving the plan of equitizing Ha Lang Railway Management Company Limited into Ha Lang Railways Joint Stock Company;
- 30 December 2015: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND16.5 billion under the business registration certificate No. 2400152522 issued by Bac Giang Department of Planning and Investment;
- Since 28 November 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
