- August 1945: Public Service Section under the General Department of Railways (Now Vietnam Railways Corporation) was established;
- 30 April 1975: Renamed as Ha Hai Bridge Road Section;
- January 1986: Renamed as Ha Hai Railway Enterprise under the General Department of Railways to take over Long Bien bridge for its management;
- 1998: Renamed as Ha Hai Railway Management Enterprise under Vietnam Railway Union;
- July 2003: Renamed as Ha Hai Railway Management Company under Vietnam Railways Corporation;
- 24 September 2010: Board of Member of Vietnam Railways issued the Decision No.1200/QD-DS on transforming Ha Hai Railway Management Company into Ha Hai Railway Management One-Member Limited Company;
- 30 October 2015: Ministry of Transport issued the Decision No.3908/QD-BGTVT on approving the plan of equitizing Ha Hai Railway Management One-Member Limited Company under Vietnam Railway Corporation;
- 07 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Wall Street Securities Joint Stock Company an offered quantity of 69,000 shares and average winning bid of VND10,629 per share;
- 07 January 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND13.8 billion;
- 08 November 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.7343/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 17 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
