- 05 January 2004: Hau Giang Water Supply and Sewerage Company was established through splitting from Can Tho Water Supply Company under the Decision No.20/2004/QD-UB issued by Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee;

- 29 July 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND174,788,350,000;

- 11 January 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 26 June 2018: Charter capital was raised up to VND248,782,910,000;
