- 19 March 1985:Renamed as Hydraulic Engineering Design and Survey Enterprise for Southern Vietnam under the Decision No.161 QD/TCCB issued by Ministry of Water and Irrigation;
- 30 March 1993: Renamed as Hydraulic Engineering Design and Survey Institute for Southern Vietnam under the Decision No.573 QD/TCCB issued by Ministry of Water and Irrigation;
- 20 February 1993: Renamed as Hydraulic Engineering Design and Survey Corporation II under the Decision No.67 QD/TCCB issued by Ministry of cua Bo Thuy Loi;
- 06 September 1995: Renamed as Hydraulic Engineering Consultant Corporation II under the Decision No.80 QD/TCCB issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- 15 October 2004: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Decision No.3393 QD/BNN-TCCB on approving the plan of equitizing Hydraulic Engineering Consultant Corporation II;
- 29 November 2004: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched successfully at Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh Branch with an offered quantity of 17,320 shares and an average winning bid of VND102,173 per share;
- 29 December 2004: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND15 billion;
- 2009: Charter capital was raised up to VND26 billion;
- 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND42 billion;
