- 19 October 2010: Increased its chartered capital to VND401,306,200,000.
- 17 November 2015: Delisted from Hanoi Stock Exchange to merge itself with A Au Securities Joint Stock Company.
- 23 November 2015: Granted with the establishment and operation certificate No.119/GP-UBCK by State Securities Commission of Vietnam with a charter capital of VND291,810,960,000.
- 18 October 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market.
