- In March 2009: The company officially registered as a public company with the SSC.
- In November 2009: The total contributed charter capital was VND100 billion.
- On 26 April 2011: Traded on the UPCoM market.
- December 18, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND317,75 billion.
- November 11, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND476.62 billion.
