- 11 August 2006: Ministry of Fisheries issued the Decision No.613/QD/BTS on transforming Hai Phong Fishery Mechanical Shipbuilding Company into Vietnam Fishery Mechanical Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company;

- 11 December 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND20 billion;

- 20 July 2009: Charter capital was raised up to VND22.1 billion;

- 19 November 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND56,249,660,000;
