- 1979: The Company merged with Cau Duong Fire-Resistant Material Factory, belonging to Brick and Tile Factory No.1.
- 1980: The Company was separated to Dong Anh Brick and Tile Enterprise No.382 belonging to Construction Brick and Tile Enterprise Group, Ministry of Construction.
- 1995: The Company renamed as Dong Anh Ceramic No.392, belonging to Glass and Ceramic Company of Ministry of Construction. It applies modern manufacturing assembly: tuynel drying furnace and shape making machine made in Italy, Poland.
- 2001: The Company merged with Tu Son Construction Ceramic Factory, forming Dong Anh Construction Ceramic Factory.
- 2003: The Company was transformed to Dong Anh Construction Ceramic Company.
- 2006: The Company's stock was listed on HaSTC.
- 2007: The Company renamed as Viglacera Dong Anh Ceramic Joint -Stock Company.
- April 08, 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market.
- April 28, 2021: The Company renamed as 382 Dong Anh Joint -Stock Company.
