- 1950: Bac Lieu Water Supply Joint Stock Company was established under the former unit - Bac Lieu Water Supply Factory Management Unit under the management of Bac Lieu Public Works Company;

- 1972: Renamed as Bac Lieu Water Supply Company under the management of the National Water Office;

- April 1975: Renamed as Bac Lieu Water Supply Enterprise under the management of Bac Lieu Economic and Financial Committee;

- May 1977: Handed over to Minh Hai Construction Company for its management;

- 1987: Transferred to Bac Lieu Town People's Committee for its management;

- October 1990: Bac Lieu Water Supply Enterprise, Bac Lieu Public Works Enterprise and Bac Lieu Real Estate Enterprise were merged to become Bac Lieu Urban Works and Real Estate Services Company;

- 1993: Renamed as Urban Works Company when Traffic Works Construction Enterprise was merged into the Company;

- October 2006: Urban Hygiene Division was separated from the Company to become Urban Services Center. The rest which specialized in development investment and operation of water supply system was renamed as Bac Lieu Water Supply Company;

- August 2010: Renamed as Bac Lieu Water Supply One-Member Co.,Ltd;

- 28 May 2015: Conducted the Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange;

- 24 December 2015: Transformed into Bac Lieu Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND111,688,000,000;

- 15 May 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.3040/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 19 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
