On May 31, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange sent an official document to ask Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the information disclosure because the Company slowly announced the resolution on the election of the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the BOD, the appointment of the General Director and the decision on the appointment of Deputy General Director.
