THI: Adjusting the plan for public tender offer for TBD shares

The Board resolution dated June 22, 2023, the BOD of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment to the plan for public tender offer for TBD shares with details as follows:

-          Number of TBD shares expected to be offered: 6,880,000 shares (equivalent to 21.22% total outstanding shares of TBD)

-          Number of TBD shares owned by THI and related persons after trading: 14,968,137 shares (equivalent to 46.17.00% of total outstanding shares of TBD)

-          Stock type: common share

-          Buying price: VND96,600/share.
