On May 30, 2023, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) announced the BOD resolution dated May 30, 2023 on the following contents:

1. Approved the investment in the listed enterprise on Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
2. Approved the loan guarantee for the BOT project of Hanoi Highway Expansion and National Highway No.1 from Tram 2 junction to Tan Vạn expressway with the value of VND 2,397,839,000,000.
