On June 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital:

1)       Stock name: Stock of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation

2)       Stock type: common share

3)        Outstanding volume: 121,269,397 shares

4)        Expected issue volume: 121,269,397 shares

5)       Selling price: VND10,000/share

6)       Total issue value: VND1,212,693,970,000

7)        Issue ratio: 1:1

8)        Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

9)       Implement date: expected in 2023.
