APG Securities Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated June 15, 2023 to approve the plan to issue shares under ESOP with details as follows:

-         Stock name: APG Securities Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,315,330 shares

-         Total value (at par value): VND73,153,300,000

-         Issuance ratio: 5%

-         Issue price: VND10,000/share

-         These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending of the issuance.

-         Time of implementation: expected in 2023.

Plan for using capital from the issuance: The estimated proceeds from the issuance of VND73,153,300,000 will be used to supplement working capital.
