On June 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of TNS Holdings Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:

2)      Stock type: common share

7)      Expected issue volume: 6,478,213 shares

8)      Total issue value: VND64,782,130,000

9)      Issue ratio: 15%

10)  Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

11)  Implement date: expected in quarter IV/2023

12)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
