TDP: Record date for 2022 stock dividend payment On June 12, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1047/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Thuan Duc Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 16, 2023
- Record date: June 19, 2023
- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2022.
- Content:
- Expected issue volume: 8,092,312 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:12 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 12 new shares.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 115 shares. With 100:12 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 115 *12/100 = 13.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 13 new shares and the fractional share of 0.8 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
+ For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at TDP’s head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
