AAT: The record date for the dividend payment

On June 13, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1050/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Tien Son Thanh Hoa Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: AAT) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: July 04, 2023

-          Record date: July 05, 2023

1. Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2022;
2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 100:11

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 11 new shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 7,018,163 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tien Son Thanh Hoa Group Joint Stock Company.
