SII: Completing the transfer of shares in Pleiku Com. Ltd

On February 22, 2022, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SII) completed the transfer of 540,000 shares, equivalent to 6% contributed capital in Pleiku Com. Ltd. So, after the transfer completes, SII will own the remaining contributed capital of 49% in Pleiku Com. Ltd. Accordingly, Pleiku Com. Ltd is no longer a subsidiary of SII and Pleiku Com. Ltd will be an associated company of SII.
