The Board resolution dated February 21, 2022, the BOD of MB Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the postponement of holding the Annual General Meeting 2022 on February 25, 2022 due to the effect of Covid-19 epidemic.
2. Approving the cancellation of record date of January 24, 2022 for holding the Annual General Meeting 2022.
