On February 23, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.273/TB-SGDHCM about the cancellation of record date (December 08, 2021) for the holding of Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 of Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company.

            Reason for cancellation: due to the effect of Covid-19 epidemic.
