Sa Giang Import – Export Corporation: Notice of Cancellation of Competitive Offering

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of competitive offering of stake transfer by State Capital and Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Sa Giang Import – Export Corporation as follows:

            Until 16:00 on December 08, 2020 (the deadline of registration and deposit), there was no investor to participate in the competitive offering. Therefore, based on the regulations on competitive offering of stake transfer by SCIC in Sa Giang Import – Export Corporation, the competitive offering is not eligible to be held.
