The Board resolution dated December 08, 2020, the BOD of Thanh Cong Securities Company approved the signing of loan contract with Sai Gon 3 Garment Joint Stock (is institution related to Mrs. Pham Viet Lan Anh – member of BOD) with total amount of VND 50 billion, loan interest of 8%/year, and loan time to 06 months (from December 08, 2020 to June 07, 2021).
