The Board resolution dated December 09, 2020, the BOD of Thien Viet Asset Management approved to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 of TVAM Growth Fund (FUCTVGF1) as follows:

-          Record date: December 29, 2020

-          Content:

• Plan to disolve or extend the time for Fund’s activity when the fund expires on 20 May, 2021.
• The resignation of the title of member of Board of Representative of Fund for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Anh Tu according to the Resignation Letter of her  from October 29, 2020.
