On August 03, 2020, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 116,014 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 5,000 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned

-   Expected trading period: August 2020

-   Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

-   Repurchase price: VND 12,000/share.
