577 Investment Corporation (NBB) announced the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which was convened on July 30, 2020, with following key contents:

1)      Approving the cooperation plan between Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) and 577 Investment Corporation (NBB)

2)      Approving to elect Mr. Le Quoc Binh as Additional Member of the Board of Directors of 577 Investment Corporation for Term IV (2015-2025).
