On August 03, 2020, Mobile World Investment Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 392,561 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 137,669 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned

-   Expected trading period: August 2020

-   Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
