SGR: BOD resolution on holding EGM 2020

The Board resolution dated July 20, 2020, the BOD of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: August 10, 2020

-          Meeting date: expected in August 27, 2020

-          Meeting venue: 63 – 65 Dien Bien Phu Street, ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Hochiminh.

-          Content:

• Approving to raise its charter capital from VND 455 billion to VND 600 billion;
• Adjusting the rate to pay dividend for 2019 from 15% up to 42% (including 10% in cash and 32% in stock) from the undistributed profit after tax of parent company.
