TCB: Board resolution on agreements with related persons

According to the Board resolution dated July 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved agreements between Techcombank and the related parties as follows:

-          Allowing Techcombank to sign agreements with Eurowindow Holding and Eurofinance (the mortgage party) regarding the mortgage of shares of Eurowindow Holding to ensure the obligation of T&M Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company;

-          Allowing Techcombank to sign an agreement with Eurowindow Holding so that Eurowindow Holding can pledge to guarantee the payment on behalf of T&M Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company.
