SZC: Signing a service contract

On July 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of construction supervision consultant contract with Sonadezi Giang Dien Shareholding Company. The contract value will be negotiated but less than 35% of the total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements and expected to be 544,896,000 dongs.
