GTT: Result of the first of the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On April 20, 2015, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the first time) of Thuan Thao Corporation was held, but there were just 2,429 shareholders representing 43,503,000 shares (accounting for 44.03% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company decided:

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of Shareholders (the second time) within 30 days as of April 20, 2015 under regulation.
