-         Dividend pay-out ratio:           05%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date:                       July 30, 2015

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company, Km 9 Ha Noi High way, Truong Tho Ward, Thu Duc District, HCM City as from July 30, 2015.
