DHM: Result of the first of the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On April 20, 2015, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the first time) of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Companywas held, but there were just 44 shareholders representing 7,489,505 shares (accounting for 31.87% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company decided:

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of Shareholders (the second time);

-          Meeting time: 07:30am May 20, 2015

-          Place: Hai Au Hotel, 756 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Gia Sang Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province.

-          Objects: all shareholders are in the list recorded on March 20, 2015.
