- November 29, 1993: Xuan Mai large concrete slab Plant was established.
- 1996: Renamed as Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Plant.
- 2003: Transformed into Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint Stock Company with the initial charter capital of VND18 billion.
- 2005: XMC is the first and only organization received: “State Award of Science and Technology”.
- December 14, 2007: Became a public company.
- 2007: Increased the charter capital up to VND100 billion and listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) (ticker: XMC).
- 2010: Increased the charter capital up to VND151.7 billion.
- 2013: Restructured and delisted from HNX
- 2014: Renamed as Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Corporation (XMC) with a charter capital of VND199.982 billion.
- 2015: XMC cooperated with Rieckerman Company (Germany) to take the transfer
the Acotec prefabricated hollow wall panel technology and install production line with Concrete mixing station imported from Frumecar (Spain).
- 2017: Increased the charter capital up to VND399.947 billion.
- 2018: Increased the charter capital up to VND549.919 billion.
- June 28, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market.
- July 10, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND577.411 billion;
