- 19 March 1980: Xuan Hoa Bicycle Factory under Hanoi Department of Industry was established under the Decision No.1031/QD-CN issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;
- March 1981: Xuan Hoa Bicycle Factory was transferred from Hanoi Department of Industry to Hanoi Bicycle and Motorcycle Factories Union;
- April 1981: Kim Anh Steel Pipe Pulling Factory under Hanoi Department of Industry was merged into Xuan Hoa Bicycle Factory;
- March 1989: Hanoi Minerals Extraction Factory was dissolved and tranferred to Xuan Hoa Bicycle Factory for its management;
- 1996: Contributed capital with 2 Japanese Companies to establish TAKANICHI -VIETNAM Joint Venture Company (Now renamed as TOYOTA BOSHOKU HANOI Co.,LTD);
- Early 1998: Took over Cau Dien Facility on No.27 Dong Lanh street, Cau Dien townlet, Tu Liem, Hanoi when Export Foodstuff Factory was dissolved;
- January 1999: Took over External Provincial Production and Trading Company on No.7 Yen The street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi;
- August 2004: Transformed into Xuan Hoa One-Member State-Owned Company;
- December 2012: Renamed as Xuan Hoa Furniture One-member Limited Company;
- 26 June 2015: Launched IPO at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with successfully offered quanity of 5,434,800 shares and an average wining bid of VND10,999 per share;
- 16 September 2015: The first Shareholders' Meeting was held to transform Xuan Hoa Furniture One-member Limited Company into Xuan Hoa Viet Nam Joint Stock Company;
- 02 November 2015: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND201 billion;
- 17 February 2016: Became a public company;
- 03 November 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
- 20 November 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND210,965,000,000;
