- 13 October 1977: Company 77 under the General Department of Logistics was established under the Decision No.1368/QD-QP issued by Minister of National Defence;

- 23 November 2004: Minister of National Defence issued the Decision No.153/2004/QD-BQP on transforming Company 77 into 77 Joint Stock Company under Thanh An Corporation with an initial charter capital of VND12,093,000,000;

- 05 March 2008: Charter capital was raised up to VND13,408,773,482;

- 2015: Renamed as Thanh An 77 Joint Stock Company;

- 20 December 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.8407/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 17 January 2017: Granted with the Securities Registration Certificate No. 21/217/GCNCP-VSD with a registered quantity of 1,340,877 shares;

- 17 February 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
