- March 05, 1999: Groundwater Drilling and Exploiting Factory was established under the Decision No. 143/QD-TCLD issued by Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (VINACONEX);
- December 13, 2006: Transformed into Drilling and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company - VIWASEEN.3 with a charter capital of VND 10 billion under the Decision No. 1732/QD-BXD issued by Minister of Construction;
- January 01, 2007: Officially came into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND10 billion as a member company of Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation (VINASEEN);
- November 07, 2008: Became a public company;
- June 30, 2011: Increased the charter capital to VND20 billion;
- May 11, 2012: Renamed as VIWASEEN3 Joint Stock Company;
- April 23, 2020: Traded on the UPCOM market;
