- 22 September 1998: Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation was established as a State-owned enterprise under the Decision No.63/1998/QD-BCN issued by Ministry of Industry (Now Minitry of Industry and Trade;

- 26 November 2007: Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Decision No.1842/QÐ-BCT on the equitization of Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation;

- 2009: Quang Son Cement plant was inaugurated  with an annual capacity of 1.51 million tons;

- 01 June 2011: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND550 billion;

- 16 December 2013: Became a public company;

- 17 October 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
