- 30 October 1995: Formerly known as Design Survey Enterprise was established by Information and Communication Arm Command; 

- 12 January 2006: Viettel Consultant and Design one member State-owned Ltd was established under the Decision No.12/2006/QD-BQP issued by Minister of National Defence;

- 2010: Equitized and transformed into Viettel Consultant and Design Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND16 billion;

- 24 June 2010: Became a public company under the Document No.1932/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 15 October 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND32 billion;
