- 07 March 2008: Vietnam Expressway Services Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND114 billion by founding shareholers, including: Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex), Vina Private Capital Investment Limited Company (VP Capital) and Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCI);

- 04 September 2013: Charter capital was decreased to VND89,372,500,000 d?ng;

- 02 April 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.1962/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 10 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
