- 1975: The Company was found on the basis of nationalizing 4 vegetable oil factories. The company has total capacity of 18,000 tons per year.
- Aug 12, 1976: South vegetable oil company, including 5 state companies, was found in form of subsidy.
- Mar 23, 1986: South vegetable oil company was renamed to Vietnam Vegetable Oils enterprise. The company took over one more material company and established three new companies.
- Jun 06, 1992: Viet Nam vegetable oil, aromas and cosmetic company (VOCARIMEX) was officially found. VOCARIMEX cooperate with Musim Max Vietnam on establishing North vegetable oil company limited.
- Jul 25, 2014: VOCARIMEX went public on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an average winning bid of VND13.428 billion per share.
- Dec 31, 2014: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND1,218 billion under the business registration certificate No.0300585984 amended for the second time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment.
- 19 September 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market.
