- 1936: Hung Dao Vuong Water Factory was constructed with a capacity of 1,200m3/day and night;
- 1957: Upgraded and expanded to raise capacity up to 2,400m3/day and night;
- 1960: Upgraded and expanded to raise capacity up to 4,800m3/day and night;
- 1975: Cuu Long Water Supply Company was established through taking over water supply systems from Vinh Long Water Supply Department, including: Vinh Long town water supply system with Hung Dao Vuong Water Factory and Cau Vong Water Factory, and other water supply systems in Vung Liem, Tra On and Binh Minh districts with a total capacity of 6,500 m3/day and night;
- 04 July 1992: Vinh Long Urban Works Company was established under the Decision No. 216/QD-UBT issued by Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee;
- 12 June 1995: Renamed as Vinh Long Water Supply Company under the Decision No. 773/QD-UBT issued by Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee;
- 19 February 2008: Transformed into Vinh Long Water Supply One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No. 295/QD-UBT issued by Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee;
- 31 December 2014: Total capacity of all the water factories under the management is 48,400 m3/day and night;
- 26 February 2016: Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.401/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing Vinh Long Water Supply One-Member Limited Company;
- 14 April 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) at average price of VND10,123 per share;
- 31 May 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND289 billion;
- 29 September 2016: Became a public company;
- 17 July 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
