- 1993: Vinh Khanh Cable Plastic Factory, a forerunner of Vinh Khanh Cable Plastic Corporation, was established;

- 1995: Factory was renamed as Vinh Khanh Ltd Company with charter capital of VND5.3 billion;

- 1997: Increased the charter capital to VND8.7 billion;

- 2003: Company was equitized and renamed as Vinh Khanh Joint Stock Company with charter capital of VND85 billion;

- 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND105 billion;

- 2008: Company invested  in doing research on new product which is LAN cable, became the first factory producing cable including Slim and Flat type for export;

- 2009: Increased the charter captial to VND130 billion and became the first cable producer in Vietnam granted international certificate UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and ETL (Edison TestiLaboratories) for exporting cables produced in Vietnam to Japan market;

- 2010: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND200 billion;
