- May 05, 1993: WASEENCO was re-established.

- Nov 11, 1996: WASEENCO was a member of Vietnam construction and import-export joint stock corporation (VINACOMEX)

- Nov 25, 2005: Vietnam Water supply, sewerage and environment construction Investment corporation (VIWASEEN) was established on the basic of companies under Ministry of construction including WASEENCO, WASECO and WASE.

- Jan 12, 2010: VIWASEEN was a member of Corporation of Vietnam Housing and Urban Development Group.

- Oct 18, 2012: VIWASEEN has been a member under the Ministry of Construction.

- Mar 05, 2014: VIWASEEN went public on HNX with the average winning bid of VND10.202 per share.

- Jun 01, 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with charter capital of VND580,186,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.0100105976 issued by Hanoi Deparment of Planning and Investment;

- July 13, 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.4865/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
