- 04 October 1995: Vietnam Forest Product Corporation was established through merging 10 state corporations and the association of enterprises under Ministry of Forestry (now Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) under the Decision No. 667 TCLD;
- 18 December 1997: Renamed as Vietnam Forest Corporation under the Decision No.3308NN-TCCB/QD issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- 25 November 2009: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Decision No.3390/QD-BNN on approving transformation of Vietnam Forest Corporation into a model of parent company-subsidiary;
- 03 February 2016: The Prime Minster issued the Decision No.215/QD-TTg on approving the equitization of Vietnam Forest Corporation;
- 21 April 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,114 per share;
- 01 September 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND3,500 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100102012 amended for the fourth time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
- 21 November 2016: Became a public company;
- 12 January 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
- January 17, 2020: Cancalled transaction on UPCOM market.
- February 03, 2020: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
