- The Company's main business lines are (i) manufacturing and trading wearing apparel (ie: Veston, pants, shirts, sportswear, jacket) and (ii) manufacturing made - up wearing apparel for other garment companies.

- 1977: VietTien Garment Joint Stock Corporation, formerly a State - owned VietTien Garment Enterprise, was established.

- 1991: Renamed as VietTien Garment Company

- 2007: Renamed as VietTien Garment Corporation under Vietnam Textile and Garment Group

- 2008: Equitized and became VietTien Garment Joint Stock Corporation

- 2011: Raised charter capital from VND230 billion to VND280 billion

- 10 March 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market.
