- 2003: The Company was renamed as Construction Joint Stock Company No3.4 with the charter capital of VND 5.15 billion;

- 2006: The Company was renamed as VNECO4 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company;

- 2007: The Company raised  its charter capital to VND 8.224 billion;

- March 2010: The Company paid stock dividend,raising the charter capital to VND 9.046 billion;

- April 2011: The Company issued shares to its shareholders, raising the charter capital to VND 11.219 billion;

- October 16th 2012: The Company was listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
