- September 2006: Transformed into Coal Processing and Trading Company under the Decision No.151/2006/QD-BQP issued by Minister of National Defence;

- May 2012: Transformed into Dong Bac Transport and Processing of Coal Limited Company udner the Decision No.1409/QD-BQP issued by Minister of National Defence;

- 29 December 2017: Minister of National Defence issued the Decision No.5922/QD-BQP on transforming Dong Bac Transport and Processing of Coal Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 04 April 2018: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter captital of VND51 billion;

- 20 July 2018: Became a public company;

- 22 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market; 

- August 10, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND62.299.999.000.
