- 2006: The Production Preparing Board of Vinaconex Water Plant was established as the precursor of Vinaconex Water Supply Joint Stock Company;

- 22 September 2009: Vietnam Construction And Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX) issued the Decision No.0661/QD-HDQT on transforming  VINACONEX Clean Water One-member Limited Company into VINACONEX Clean Water Joint Stock Company;

- 11 December 2010: VINACONEX transferred 21,800,000 shares of VINACONEX Clean Water Joint Stock Company to Acuatico Pte.Ltd;

- 25 April 2016: Acuatico Pte.Ltd transferred the 21,800,000 shares to Ecology Development and Investment Joint Stock Company;

- 07 February 2018: Renamed as Song Da Water Investment Joint Stock Company;
