- 28 September 2010: Vinacomin - Viet Bac Geology One-Member Limited Company was established through restructure of VVMI Design Survey Enterprise, 109 - TKV Minerals Prospecting & Mining Enterprise, and Mining Technical Services & Drilling Joint Stock Company under the Decision No.2325/QD-HDTV issued by the Board of Members of Vietnam Coal - Mineral Industries Group (VINACOMIN);

- 19 November 2014: Renamed as TKV - Viet Bac Geology One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.2477/QD-HDTV  issued by the Board of Members of Vietnam Coal - Mineral Industries Group (VINACOMIN);

- 28 January 2015: Vietnam Coal - Mineral Industries Group (VINACOMIN) issued the Decision 118/QD-TKV on equitization of TKV - Viet Bac Geology One-Member Limited Company;

- 30 October 2015: Vietnam Coal - Mineral Industries Group (VINACOMIN) issued the Decision No.2196/QD-TKV on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming TKV - Viet Bac Geology One-Member Limited Company;

- 07 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 03 February 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND86 billion;

- 30 June 2016: Became a public company;

- 25 November 2016: Granted with the securities registration certificate No.153/2016/GCNCP-VSD by Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) with a registered quantity of 8,600,000 shares;

- 24 March 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
