- 15 December 1988: Formerly known as Soc Trang Town Urban Works Management Company was established under the Decision No.537/QD.UBT.88;

- 29 April 1997: Soc Trang Public Works Company was established with a charter capital of VND1,035,052,000 on the basis of restructuring Soc Trang Town Urban Works Management Company under the Decision No.166/QD-TCCB;

- 25 June 2010: Transformed into Soc Trang Public Works One-member Limited Company with a charter capital of VND17,186,000,000 under the Decision No.274/QDTC-CTUBND issued by Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee;

- 10 September 2010: Charter capital was increased to VND56 billion;

- 15 January 2016: Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.138/QD-UBND on the equitization of Soc Trang Public Works One-member Limited Company;

- 28 July 2018: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at average winning bid of  VND16,280 per share;

- 08 January 2018: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with charter capital of VND56 billion under the business registration certificate No.2200177456 amended for the 3rd time by Soc Trang Department of Planning and Investment;

- 18 July 2018: Became a public company;
